Rob has performed throughout the world, in shows from the Middle East to Melbourne, Shanghai to the South of France, and he has appeared on any number of Radio and TV shows since starting out on 99 Things To Do Before You Die, most recently winning Celebrity Mastermind on BBC One.
“An evening in his company is nothing less than a joy” - The Independent on Sunday
“A highly impressive one-man soundscape powered mainly by energy and excellent guitar skills” - The Scotsman
“Ingenious and hilarious” - The Guardian
Making a name for himself internationally, he has been invited to perform at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival for the past two years, appearing on the Opening Night Comedy Allstars Supershow (ABC1) and on Comedy Up Late (ABC1). Steve wrote and performed his own sketch 10 Things You Should Know as an Adult for BBC3, acted in 4Music’s sketch show Pop Sludge and starred in a viral comedy video for Lucozade alongside England footballer Harry Kane.
In 2018, Steve embarked on his fourth and largest national tour with Almost, following the success of a critically-acclaimed, sell-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe. The tour included a 6-night run at London’s Soho Theatre and was extended into 2019 due to demand. This tour follows his previous critically-acclaimed shows Summer Camp (2017), Unpronounceable (2016) and Day Release (2015). Unpronounceable and Summer Camp went on to tour nationwide, selling out increasingly large venues year on year.
“Truly hilarious” - Fest
“A work of substance, which puts gags front and centre of a compelling narrative” - Chortle
“Bugeja has an eye for original comic detail that's all his own, he not only mines big laughs from this, but also an unexpected amount of gentle pathos” - The Guardian
An imaginative storyteller, with a good sense of humour, he likes romantic walks on the beach, dining out, and likes to take any opportunity to pretend he's filling out an online dating profile.
“A natural stage presence, an instantly amenable demeanour, inventive imagery and the best comedic use of a Belgian place name even the most ardent chuckle chaser will ever hear” - Stagefright Comedy
“Howard Walker's oddly hilarious observations bring something different to any comedy programme” - Buzz Comedy
“You almost felt as if you had gone over to a friend’s house and met his really witty mate that could entertain you all night with human observations of the world” - www.ladiestakeon.co.uk
She’s done lots of lovely things whilst being a comedian like being tour support for The Boy With Tape On His Face and Vikki Stone. She has written for The News Quiz and you can hear her dulcet Northern tones featured on the BBC Radio 2 documentary series, The History of British Comedy. She got to be very silly indeed on a couple of episodes of the CBBC show, The Dog Ate My Homework. She recently co-hosted a Tv pilot on ITV2 called Lovefix.
Katie has performed three solo stand up shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and is currently working on her fourth show when she’s not consumed with trying to keep the human she has made alive.
“Mulgrew is an engaging, likeable presence who doesn’t struggle to hold the audience’s attention. This is a well-structured thoughtful show.. radiating warmth” - Chortle
“charmingly honest... delightfully tender and thoroughly entertaining” - The Skinny
“...honest, un-cynical comedy that’s rough around the edges but tremendously warm” - Three Weeks
